Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan

At CETIL DISPENSING TECNOLOGY we are firmly committed to ecology, implementing sustainable solutions for the environment.

This initiative has given us the opportunity to join the subsidy program for the photovoltaic panels installed on our building, a measure supporting renewable energy within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, financed by the European Union - Next Generation EU.

At CETIL DISPENSING TECNOLOGY we are committed to sustainability, and to that end we have carried out the photovoltaic self-consumption installation project within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, financed by the European Union - Next Generation EU.

These actions have been carried out using incentives from the Renewable Aid Program set out in Royal Decree 477/2021, of 29 June, which approves the direct granting to the autonomous communities and the cities of Ceuta and Melilla of aid for the execution of various incentive programs linked to self-consumption and storage with renewable energy sources, as well as the deployment of renewable thermal systems in the residential sector, within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, published in the BOE no. 155 of 30 June 2021, which established the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies to their final recipients, in order to meet the objectives of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan regarding the deployment and integration of renewable energies and storage with renewable energy sources, thereby contributing to the «decarbonization» of different sectors of the economy, as well as to the achievement of the objectives set by the PNIEC 2021-2030 and the Energy Storage Strategy.

The Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan is part of the temporary NextGenerationEU instrument approved by the European Parliament and the Council to stimulate the recovery.

The Plan is structured around four main axes: ecological transition, digital transformation, social and territorial cohesion, and gender equality. These axes guide ten lever policies that include thirty components articulating the investment programs, and Cetil is involved in one of them:

Component 13.I5 Internationalization.

Strengthening of the capabilities and instruments of the Spanish system to support exports, internationalization and foreign investment through multiple initiatives.

The Spanish Official Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Services and Navigation acts as the Instrumental Entity to carry out the SME Mentoring and Internationalization Program, whose main objective is to contribute to improving SME competitiveness, acting as a driving force for exporting companies and offering them support tools that help consolidate their activity, promoting geographic diversification, an increase in the added value of exports, the brand and technological content component of exports, as well as improved training of human resources and managers related to internationalization.

FEDER Funds

Research and development of a new universal hydrogen measurement system for its distribution and consumption.

The project consists of creating a prototype enabling tests for the development of new hydrogen measurement systems for industrial applications outside the range of use of the hydrogen dispenser, such as loading and/or unloading tube trailers for hydrogen transport and refueling large trains and ships.

The research project execution period runs from November 2023 to July 2027.

This project has received a grant of €121,021 from the Center for the Development of Industrial Technology (CDTI), co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund within the framework of the FEDER 2021-2027 program, for the development of research and development activities. The total budget is €512,071.

The research project is carried out at the Cetil Dispensing Technology, S.L. research and development center located at Calle Rafael Pillado Mourelle, number 23, Río de Janeiro industrial estate, 28110, Algete (Madrid).
